How to Place an Order

  1. Browse our products and select the item(s) you want.

  2. Click “Add to Cart”.

  3. Go to Checkout and enter your shipping and payment details.

  4. Review your order and click “Place Order”.

  5. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

How to Track Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number or Log in to your account on our website, go to My Orders, click Manage, then select Track Order to view your delivery status.

  • Use this tracking number to check the delivery status on my website.

  • If you don’t receive your tracking email within 2-3 business days, contact us via email or WhatsApp.

How to Cancel an Order

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for shipping.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but you may return it after delivery according to our Return Policy.

Shipping Times


Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that processing times may take 1–3 business days before shipment.

Free Shipping


We offer free shipping on all orders over R500. Orders below R500 will be charged a standard shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping

If you need your order to arrive faster, Express Shipping is available at checkout for R715. Spend over R700 to unlock FREE Express Shipping. Delivery times and costs are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

You can track your order by logging in to your account on our website. Once logged in, go to Orders and click Track Order to view your shipment status. Tracking details will also be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
